La Borde Blanque collects personal information from the students / trainees (the “Students”) who attend yoga classes at La Borde Blanque, to keep a record of its members and to execute payment orders. La Borde Blanque will be careful when collecting this data and will always comply with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
La Borde Blanque will also use the personal data mentioned above to keep the Students informed of La Borde Blanque activities and possible changes in, for example, the timetable via a newsletter. If the Student does not wish to receive communication from La Borde Blanque, he / she can unsubscribe at any time via a link at the bottom of the newsletter. The Student is informed that in such a case he may not be able to use all of La Borde Blanque's services and products.
Without prior written permission, La Borde Blanque will never transfer personal information of the Students to a third party.
Changes or deletion of data
At the request of the Student, La Borde Blanque will correct, add, remove or shield the collected data of the Student. This can lead to the Student no longer being able to use (part of) the services or products of La Borde Blanque.
