Het hele jaar door bieden we een inspirerende verscheidenheid aan retraites en cursussen, die allemaal een aantal gemeenschappelijke kenmerken hebben: elke retraite of cursus die we aanbieden op La Borde Blanque is een traktatie voor jezelf, voor lichaam, geest en ziel! Je zit midden in de natuur, er wordt goed voor je gezorgd en we zorgen voor heerlijk vegetarisch eten.
Onze Raja Yoga Docentenopleiding wordt internationaal erkend door de International Yoga Federation (IYF), erelid van de European Union of Yoga Associations (EUYA) en de Association Française de Yoga (AFY).
Onze Energy Healing methode heette oorspronkelijk: Esoteric Healing. Dit omvat het werken met subtiele energie om de genezing van binnen uit te verbeteren. Dit impliceert genezing van de ziel. De onderliggende filosofie is de opvatting dat we meer zijn dan ons lichaam en onze psyche. Alles is energie.
